Parts & Service Assistant

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
The responsibilities of the position include:
To record all parts warranty claims and prepare submissions.
To investigate problems, prepare reports, obtain solutions, and make recommendations to the Head of Department (HOD) in order to solve customer complaints.
To monitor and analyze market competitors' activities and provide relevant reports and information to enhance sales productivity.
To issue service job cards, parts requisition orders, and related documents.
To provide historical records by keeping records of customer inquiries and warranty claims.
To support existing branch administration and parts & service administration work.
