Associated Equipment Division To promote AE Products and Services to equipment owners. To actively promote AE merchandising programmes and seasonal campaigns. Plans customers calls and ensure coverage is adequate as per PAR (Required Calls Per Year)  To foster good customer relations and assist customer on AE equipment maintenance. To coordinate on equipment, parts and service quotations with respective departments. Provide and share competitive market information as well as updates on changes in customer and market situation. To assist sales, parts and service department on technical information when required. Prepares Sales Calls Reports Identifies Customer Needs Participate in every quotation requested by customers Promotes our Product emphasizing on Features and Overall Values Works with Sales Mgr/ Exec/ Exec to conduct Production Studies (FPC) as required Overcomes Objections and Obtain Orders Follows up on Stocks and Deliveries Provides Information on Customers Operation and Requirements Identifies Product as well as Product Support Problems Helps to resolve customer problems
