Responsibilities:Monitor all aspects of the pastry department including production, quality and administrative functions.
Ensure pastry food stuff are of good quality and stored correctly.
Monitor the pastry food stuffs ordering, quantity and quality.
Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues to the management.
Requirements:Passion for producing high quality pastry products - cakes & desserts.
Knowledge of current pastry trends.
Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong supervisory & production management skills.
