Cezars Kitchen is seeking a qualified Pastry Chef to join our kitchen in Nusajaya.
In your role, you are theDirector of Quality !
You must ensure the highest quality of food production that will wow your guests, making them wanting to come back for seconds, thirds, and so forth.
Individuals who meet the following expectations will be contacted for an interview:
Possess minimum Certificates/ Vocational/ Diploma
Minimum of 4 years of working experience in either hotels or restaurants
Can bake a wide range of dishes, from breads, pastry, cakes, and other desserts.
Positive and inviting attitude
Enjoy working around children and adults
Passionateabout food!
Self-motivatedand can work with the team
Must have valid Typhoid, Food Handlers Certificate, and Vaccination Certificate (2 doses + Booster)
Responsibilities:
Work with a team of professional chefs to prepare daily meals
Inventory control system
Ability to work as a responsible individual
Great physical condition
Ability and willingness to learn new recipes/processes and techniques
Integrity to follow company policies and procedures (SOPs)
Ability to handle pressure well
Taste the food
Work quickly and under time constraints
