What you'll be doing
Designing and decorating pastries and desserts with intricate detail and creativity
Ensuring consistent high quality and presentation of all baked goods
Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings
Mentoring and training junior pastry staff
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
What we're looking for
3-5 yearsof experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong technical skills in baking and pastry preparation
Creativity and an eye for detail in plating and decorating desserts
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
