Responsibilities:Giving theory lectures and conducting hands-on training to students attending the course.
Provide interesting and relevant assignments for students that demonstrate learning outcomes in a real-life setting.
Suitably challenge, engage, serve, and communicate with students to encourage their participation and learning progress.
Complete grade books, final grade sheets, learning assessments, and final exam assessments on a timely basis.
Ensure course and program learning outcomes are achieved as defined by the syllabus.
Where applicable, ensure safety and sanitation of all labs, kitchens, equipment, supplies, and students.
Assist and advise students in their studies.
Experienced with practical hands-on skills, knowledge in areas of cake making, decoration, and pastry related.
Develop training courseware in related work areas.
Requirements:Possess Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Pastry and Culinary or any related field.
Must have at least 5 years of experience working in hotels.
Applicants must be willing to work in USJ Subang.
Candidates with teaching experience would have an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
