Prepare all bakery and pastry items.
Work closely with management to produce an attractive menu that includes aesthetic sense for decoration of the final presentation, while incorporating the many techniques used in modern pastry work and ensuring proper consistency for each product.
Communicate with kitchen manager to decide daily pastry items for accounts.
Monitor bakery section to ensure proper use of product while keeping waste to a minimum.
