Payroll & Admin Executive

Details of the offer

Process payroll for all employees on a bi-weekly/monthly basis
Calculate and ensure accurate payment of wages, salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
Verify and reconcile payroll data, including hours worked, commissions, and adjustments
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates or benefits
Prepare and submit required payroll reports and tax filing
Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
Provide support for payroll-related issues, including pay discrepancies and adjustments
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data by performing regular audit and reconciliations
Update and maintain payroll software and systems
Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting
Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy
Stay current with industry best practices and changes in payroll legislation
Assist HR admin related matters
Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Meticulous and attention to details
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines
Able to work in fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
