Regulatory Compliance:Manage all communications with tax, regulatory, judicial, or legislative authorities to ensure payroll activities comply with current regulations.
Financial Reporting:Compile and deliver monthly payroll reports to the Finance team, providing essential insights into payroll expenses.Your Know-HowEducational Background:A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:Proven experience in handling end-to-end payroll processes, preferably within a large organization. Familiarity with in-house payroll systems is a plus.
Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of Employment Act (EA) regulations, tax calculations, and payroll software.
Attention to Detail:Meticulous in managing payroll data and proactive in resolving any discrepancies.
