Job Descriptions:Responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll for foreign workers.
Maintaining payroll information by collating, checking, calculating and entering foreign worker's attendance data for payroll.
Prepare billing summary, send to clients to get confirmation before issuance of the invoice.
Ensuring all invoices are issued and sent out to clients latest by the 7th of every month.
Generate foreign worker's monthly payslip and pass to the operation department for distribution arrangement.
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently, accurately, and timely.
Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures.
Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
Work closely with various departments.
Support administrative duties and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resources management or equivalent.
Minimum 1-3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Highly confidential and trustworthy person.
Able to work independently and is a highly self-motivated individual.
Well organized and detail-oriented person.
Able to work in Subang Jaya.
