Main Responsibilities: Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing and administrationCalculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulationsEnsuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll recordsResponding promptly to employee or client inquiries and concerns regarding their payrollGenerating payroll reports, such as payroll summaries, tax reports, and variance reportsHandle compliance submissions with respect to CPF, IRAS, MOM, MINDEF & MSF.Conducting regular audits and verifications of payroll data to identify and rectify any inaccuracies and discrepanciesSupporting the implementation and integration of new payroll systems or upgradesBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with ClientsStaying updated with the latest Singapore payroll regulations, tax laws, and labour standards Key Requirements You hold a Diploma in Human Resources or Payroll Administration, or a related fieldYou have practical experience in Singapore payroll processing and administrationYou possess excellent attention to detail for accurate payroll management and supportYou are well-versed in Singapore payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirementsYou are proficient in using payroll software (like BIPO, INFO-TECH or similar) and tools to process payroll efficiently, generate reports, and manage recordsYou have experience maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive dataYou have strong problem-solving skills and possess good written and verbal communication skills in English.
