Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.Min. 2 years experience in payroll and account assistant.Perform full spectrum of all payroll-related matters.Prepares payroll reports as well as payroll variance checks and reconciliations.To prepare supplier payments according to the due date.Matching invoice to payment, prepare payment instruments, and obtain all -necessary approvalTo handle any other human resource and administration duties assigned by the superiorLiterate in computer Microsoft & Payroll system.Candidate who fast learner and keen to learn.Candidate who is disciplined with a positive working attitude and able to work under tight deadlines & pressure also multitask.Able to work extra hours & possess own transport.Preferably female candidates.Age 23 to 35 years.
