Payroll Cum Account Assistant

Job responsibilities :
Perform full spectrum of all payroll-related matters.Prepares payroll reports as well as payroll variance check and reconciliations.Prepare supplier payments according to the due date.Matching invoice to payment, preparing payment instruments, and obtaining all necessary approvalTo handle any other human resource, administration, and account purpose duties assigned by the superior. Job requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.Min. 2 years experience in payroll and account assistant.Literate in computer Microsoft & Payroll system.Candidate who fast learner and keen to learn.The candidate who disciplined with a positive working attitude and able to work under tight deadlines & pressure also multitask.Able to work extra hours & possess own transport.
