The Payroll Executive will be responsible for managing the payroll process for the company, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of payroll systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly/monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in salary or deductions.
Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure alignment and accuracy in payroll processing.
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
Assist with year-end payroll activities and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
Proficient in using payroll software (Excel, Word, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
