Payroll Executive

Position : Payroll ExecutiveSalary Range : RM 2,500 - RM 4,000Working Hours : 8.30am - 5.30pmWorking Location : Kuala LumpurJob Scope- Responsible for monthly payroll preparation and all related reports.- Knowledge in SAGE / any other payroll systems- Setting up new starters, processing leavers and adjusting the changes- Accurate data inputting to Sage- Payroll allocation preparation for finance- Prepare monthly report on resignation, new joiners & Leave reports- Onboarding & staff orientation- Be responsible for exit procedure including preparation of resignation acceptance letter- Maintaining a proper filling record of all employees' personnel documents and updating employee personnel files up to date.- Any other ad-hoc assignment**Requirements**:- Degree/Diploma in any field with a minimum of 3-5 years of exposure as a Payroll- Executive- Well-versed with the current Payroll Calculation and HR practices/processes.- Knowledge in Payroll systems (SAGE) is an advantage- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Able to work independently, assertive, practice, self-driven with strong organizational and analytical skills
