Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role as a Payroll Executive at Wellbeing (United Kingdom) Limited located in Bayan Lepas. This is a hybrid role, with the option for some remote work. As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for payroll administration and management, finance tasks, communication with employees, and payroll processing.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing Payroll:You'll be responsible for accurately processing payroll for employees on a regular basis, ensuring that salaries, bonuses, deductions, and other compensation elements are calculated correctly and disbursed on time.
Maintaining Payroll Records:Keeping comprehensive records of employee compensation, tax, deductions, and other payroll-related information is crucial. This includes maintaining accurate employee data in the payroll system.
Tax Compliance:Ensuring compliance with tax regulations at local, state, and federal levels is a key aspect of the role. This involves calculating and deducting taxes accurately, filing tax reports, and staying updated on tax law changes.
Benefits Administration:Administering employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks may fall under your purview. This includes managing deductions and ensuring accuracy in benefit calculations.
Resolving Payroll Issues:Handling inquiries from employees regarding their pay, taxes, deductions, and benefits is part of the job. You'll need to address discrepancies, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent customer service to employees.
Reporting:Generating payroll reports for management, accounting, and auditing purposes is often required. These reports may include payroll summaries, tax reports, and other financial data related to payroll.
Compliance and Regulations:Staying updated on labor laws, employment regulations, and industry standards is essential to ensure payroll processes remain compliant and up-to-date.
Collaboration:Working closely with HR, finance, and other departments to coordinate payroll activities and ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization.
QualificationsPayroll Administration and Payroll Management skills
Experience in HR and payroll processing at least 3 years
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
Relevant certifications or qualifications in payroll or finance#J-18808-Ljbffr
