Full time
To be part of a dynamic team in supporting the Human Resources team to be the backbone of the organization specializing in Payroll and HR services.
Main Tasks
To process monthly payrolls including computation of commission, overtime and verify employee claims for assigned country(ies).
To monitor and process staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, adjustment, appraisal, exit management and etc.
To update and maintain HRM system records on changes such as tax computation, allowances, deductions and etc.
To ensure compliance of statutory requirements and submission to all related organizations in accordance to the deadlines.
To manage internal and external enquiries in relations to payroll related issues.
To register, maintain and monitor daily Time and Attendance records for all employees.
To assist in monitoring Company's insurance scheme, registration and de-registration, update coverage and coordinate insurance claims.
To participate in new initiatives especially in Learning & Development and Employee Engagement activities when needed.
To perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned to you from time to time.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management / Business administration or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in payroll and HR shared services.
Well versed in both speaking and writing in English.
Mandarin speaking & writing is an advantage to deal with China agencies and officials.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with systematic attempt.
