Payroll Internship

To handle coordination tasks between finance, MSO team and clients - ensure, verify, allocate, record, resources timesheet and claims form are received and approved by clients within the timeline and provide listing to MSO team for verification before payment issued.- To check and record for all MSO resources timesheet, claim, leave record, cash advance, retaining fee and PCB/EPF/SOCSO/EIS contribution;- To update new joiners informations to payroll system weekly, ensure all relevant documents for new joiners is in order;- To prepare forecast for payroll, statutory payment cashflow projection purposes;- To attend to all query regarding payslip, payroll status, deduction and etc;- Prepare EA form, CP58 for MSO resources;- To in charge to update new joiners informations in Socso portal- To assist in yearly E-Filing for expatriates- To in charge in prepare and submission for expatriates tax clearance and CP22a to LHDN- To assist department filing;- To participate in MSO department meeting to discuss & provide suggestions on issues and process improvement;- To prepare all necessary weekly / monthly / periodical / ad-hoc reports as required by superior/senior/management to review within timeline;- To perform any other relevant duties and responsibilities as directed by the immediate superior or his designated person.**Requirement**:- At least Diploma or Bachelor's /College Degree, any fieldHybrid working arrangement: IOI Tower 2, Putrajaya**Job Type**: Internship**Salary**: RM800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- How long is your internship period?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 50% (preferred)
