Manage the on-board activities of the new hires and ensure all the information of the new hires are updated accurately in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) Maintains and update employee personal data in the system in regular basisAssist and monitoring the employees' welfare benefit as per the Company's requirement within stipulated timeframeAssist and monitoring the employees' medical benefit with regular basisPlan, seek and assist the rewards & compensation for the employees as per the Company's requirements Assist in documents preparation for Immigration Malaysia for new comers from International UnitMonitoring and prepare the necessary documents for permit renewalAssist and monitoring the condition of all rented unit with clear arrangement for local employee or Expatriate Assist and monitoring the Tenancy Agreement renewal between Legal, Finance and OwnersPlan, seek and monitoring the cost travel arrangement to support any activities as per the Company's requirements Plan, seek and monitoring the travel arrangement for Local Employee & Expatriate (Transportation, Hotel & Accommodation, Airport Transfer) Assist and verify the control expenses for the travel arrangement before payment release by Finance Department Assist and monitoring the attendance record for Headquarter & Distribution CenterUpdate, manage, maintain the leave record for the Headquarter & Distribution Center Updates payroll records by reviewing changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.Employee Salary calculation including over time work, un-paid leave, allowances, claims, taxes and all statutory contribution and deduction (EPF, SOCSO, STD etc) and remits the payment to the respective authorities within the predefined date line for Headquarter & Distribution CenterMaintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidentialPlan, assist and monitoring the order items (stationery, forms, uniform and others) with Non Trade for HeadquarterSupport other Human Resource Division activities / event such as Warehouse Sale, Anniversary and others.Office and company asset management support (if required)
