Payroll Officer / Pegawai Payroll

Collecting and verifying employeesâ payroll information by gathering time-sheet after each pay period for almost 250 employees.Uses a software system to input basic data into the payroll systemCompletes payroll reports for record keeping purposes or managerial review.Accountability for on time and accurate processing of all payroll related payments.Resolving issues and answering payroll related queries from employees.Ordering uniforms and safety equipment and preparing all related documents needed for site operations.Managing guards security screening under Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN) and other related matters.Handling in correspondence.Knowledge On Employment Act And Hr Policies.
