Payroll & People Data (Associate Analyst) - 9 Months Leasing Contract

Objectives of the Position
Seek to understand business needs and provide support, services, and solutions on payroll, HR data, HR systems, and processes.
Offer day-to-day support to service recipients on HR inquiries, work collaboratively with others, and perform research on payroll and HR data practices by staying abreast of current and emerging market insights and legal legislations in local countries.
Participate in process improvements, automation, and digitalization measures to offer the best service delivery experience.
Ensure payroll and statutory reporting and payments are processed with high accuracy and timeliness according to our SLAs and local legal requirements.
Main Tasks
Operational Excellence
Ensure data quality and data integrity for Payroll and HR data processes.
Receive, analyze, process, and follow up on personnel administration requests via multiple request channels, ensuring accurate and timely interface to the respective internal/external processing chains (i.e., payroll, finance, data analytics, external service providers, local authorities, etc.).
Manage the entire termination workflow for all termination types, which includes leave calculations, information checks, letter preparation, systems updates, payment calculations, and exit clearance.
Responsible for time and attendance administration, including manual calculations on time allowances/deductions, maintenance of work schedules, leaves, overtimes, and shift substitutions.
Service Engagement
Provide advisory on employee inquiries, policy/guideline clarifications, HR processes, HR systems guides, and legislation processes.
Monitor multiple service requests to ensure services delivered by the team are in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLA) and internal Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Perform research and information gathering on local market HR news, legislation updates, and guidelines to maintain the internal knowledge database.
Process Improvement and Project Initiatives
Continuously review and update knowledge documents in areas of Payroll and People data to develop the formation of a competence hub.
Identify opportunities, prepare and analyze business cases, and participate in digitalization and process optimization.
Actively work on the implementation of process improvements, automation, and digitalization measures which will be rolled out predominantly in the GB KL Hub to achieve the efficiency target.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance.
1 - 2 years of related HR working experience in Payroll and HR Operations.
Preferably experience in relevant HR procedures, practices, and country statutory.
Preferably working knowledge of integrated payroll systems, preferably on SAP.#J-18808-Ljbffr
