Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn Bhd was established in July 2022 by Alton Industry Ltd Group from the US. Its total investment is US$50 million. The mega factory is located at Pekan Nanas, Pontian, Johor, with a land area of about 45.25 acres, and is expected to be completed and start operations in August 2024. The mega factory comprises 6 plants: motor assembly, sheet metal, plastic injection molding, die-casting, general assembly, and an automation intelligent warehouse. We specialize in manufacturing outdoor power equipment, air compressors, vacuum cleaners, industrial fans, motors, pneumatic tools, and other smart products. In addition to the production plants and warehouse, the industrial park includes one block of a 5-storey Office Tower, 2 blocks of 3-storey canteen and activity center, and 4 blocks of 5-storey hostel for workers and management staff. Our workforce is expected to reach 2000 personnel upon full production in the coming year.
Qualifications & experience
At least 3 years' experience in PMC; related working experience in MNCs will be an added advantage.
Familiar with production management, production planning, material management, warehousing management, and related knowledge.
Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft software.
Devoted to tasks, able to work independently and under pressure.
Proficiency in BM and English; speaking Mandarin may be an added advantage.
Tasks & responsibilities
Be responsible for the preparation of monthly and weekly production plans and daily production orders, and submission for review and approval.
Be responsible for the issuance of job orders, production materials requisition forms, and closure of job orders upon completion of production.
Follow up on production progress, collect statistics on the completion rate of the production plan to prepare a production report; review and analyze items that do not meet standards and make improvements.
Manage delivery dates of production orders and coordinate abnormalities in production (such as insert orders and urgent orders) and delivery dates.
Review returns and replenishes of production materials; track and audit inventory reports of raw materials, indirect materials, and finished goods.
Analyze the completion rate of production plans and collect and analyze information and data on production capacity and efficiency.
Any other jobs assigned by the Superior from time to time.
