Then read on.About the RoleSupport in development of overall Partnership Distribution (PD) business planning and strategy setting.Responsible for quality and timely submission of Group / Local Management reporting / presentation materials.Responsible to prepare and monitor the Bancassurance and Direct Marketing performance.Monitoring of division's GOE & MME Expenditures.Responsible for other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified.Roles And Responsibilities- To support the preparation and consolidation of the necessary management reporting materials (both Local and Group) on monthly basis, including the computation of key performance indicators for business dashboards.- To support and coordinate the preparation of Annual Business Strategic Planning materials (including target setting) by coordinating with relevant key stakeholders.- To actively participate and provide challenge in the department's strategy formulation, implementation and tracking of long-term strategies and short-term initiatives.- To support the preparation and submission of Bancassurance Sales Inventive Plan (SIP) report/template for Bancassurance Sale Teams on regular basis.- To design and develop structure Bancassurance performance trackers for regular performance monitoring.- To assist in monitoring the PD GOE and MME expenses and ensure it is within expense allowable.- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.Minimum Job Requirements- Minimum 3-5 years experience in financial institutions (banking or insurance).- Highly numerate, diligent, resourceful, and independent.- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.- Sound business acumen.- Strong business knowledge, detailed oriented and possess strong analytical and problem solving skill.- Good team building and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.- Posses good communication and presentation skills.- Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._
