In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product enablement and proliferation.
Responsibilities:Enable new products in both internal Micron Manufacturing sites and External Contract Manufacturers through project management toolsCollect and document product and process requirementsGain insights into and manage manufacturing risks using FMEA/CIP techniques, ensuring successful project advancements.Understanding and driving site capabilities vs timeline and volume rampsIdentify and address quality failures and process deviations, closely monitoring the performance of the manufacturing line.Document and validate process, infrastructure, and system readiness through phase gates.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield and MVA cost.Drive and manage post-ramp qualifications.Develop efficient and effective new product launch business processes and metrics.Support compliance and customer auditsOwn manufacturing master data to optimize operations.Requirements:Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.At least 3 years of experience in the Semiconductor Industry, with familiarity in SSD and DRAM module manufacturing processes being advantageous.Overseas travel is required quarterly, along with the ability to work remotely at subcontractor sites across Malaysia, Taiwan, and China.
