As the Employer of Record (EoR), we handle all the administrative work such as payroll and recruitment, and your employee can start work in a matter of as short as 48 hours all while complying with rules and regulations in accordance to local legislations. Job Scope:
Work directly with all Rippling PEO brokers, benefits carriers, and other key PEO partners to best serve our shared membersDevelop, document and maintain PEO Benefits procedures and cross-functional workflows in conjunction with our product and customer-facing teamsUse data to drive fact-based decision making to optimize our PEO benefits offering and plan performanceProject manage the annual renewal process, working cross-functionally with the Benefit Advisor, Sales, CSM, Support, Implementation, and Account Operations teamsAutonomously execute special projects related to PEO benefits and managing our book of PEO customersServe as a Rippling PEO benefits expert to support internal and external teams If youre interested, please reply with your latest resume and salary info.
