Strategic workforce planning by identifying future skills and talent needs and driving relevant recruitment and upskilling/reskilling initiatives to meet them.
Performance management by promoting a culture of regular feedback and managing performance outcomes/results.
Talent management by identifying high potentials, facilitating development actions, and supporting career development.
Learning & development by identifying relevant learning needs and recommending appropriate learning interventions, including self-initiated learning.
Employee listening and engagement through ongoing feedback sessions, post-survey follow-up, and driving a culture of inclusive meritocracy.
Employee experience through ongoing process and productivity improvement suggestions for the People & Culture Team.
Change management by supporting organization-wide change initiatives.Important to your success:Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and influence business leaders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
