Executive Recruitment Firm Monroe Consulting is currently working with the leading global provider of connectivity solutions.
Our distinguished client is currently seeking to hire for an experience HR Manager.
This role is ideal for a versatile HR professional with a strong foundation in HR practices and an in-depth specialization in Talent Acquisition (TA).
As a strategic partner to the business, you will oversee end-to-end HR operations, while driving recruitment initiatives to attract and retain top talent aligned with company's vision and growth.Key Responsibilities
Oversee core HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation.
Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness.
Drive employee engagement and retention through innovative initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining a fair and inclusive workplace.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for diverse roles across the organization.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and build robust talent pipelines.
Implement employer branding initiatives to position company as an employer of choice.
Leverage data and analytics to optimize recruitment processes and deliver insights on hiring trends.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5-7 years of experience in HR roles, with proven expertise in Talent Acquisition.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
