-Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
-Help build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
-Identify training needs and assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees.
-Support the maintenance of an efficient office environment by helping with managing office supplies and equipment.
