Make It Matter.You will be a manager in Malaysia in Mondelez International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations and bringing employee experience to a new frontier.How you will contribute:You will ensure best possible quality of our employee experience in Malaysia by driving operational excellence throughout hire-to-retire moments that matter. Lead Country People Services Squad and participate in BU People Services Squad towards sustained excellent performance, continuous improvements, issues resolutions, and compliance.You will coach and guide People Managers and Employees to leverage and benefit from self-service. Educate and build capability of stakeholders on People processes, self-service, and Workday adoption.You will be a critical bridge role between managers, employees, and business stakeholders to the People Services team and vice versa. Able to detect & proactively identify opportunities in both areas and direct continuous improvement where it matters most.You will Provide local market intelligence & business context to People Services to direct the right focus; drive locally relevant and effective policies and processes, and ensure ongoing compliance with legal/ regulatory frameworks.
