Ready?The person will be responsible to support execution processes of External Workforce (EWF) processes for Greater China (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong) from Onboarding to Offboarding. He/She also will provide effective support on end-to-end People Services processes for Employee Life Cycle (ELC) for Greater China.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide effective support and ensuring smooth processes for onboarding, offboarding, job change, and internal mobility for EWF.Ensuring all Executive KPIs and non-Executive KPIs in his/her respective country are met with the global standard.Ensuring all Internal Control framework for EWF are fulfilled and comply with all local rules and regulations including local legal regulation.Build a strong stakeholder management especially with main local stakeholders which are the People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Digital, Security, P2P, Payroll, ELC, etc.Identify continuous improvement on the International Permanent Transfer (IPT) processes (simplification, standardization, harmonization, and automation).Ensuring all CSA are closed on time; follow up on Audit finding and close all the findings in a timely manner.
