The team is responsible for:Core HR system maintenance and enhancementEmployee support modelData and reporting managementPerformance monitoring and visualizationContinuous improvement and project supportThe purpose of this role is to:Employee Support ModelPartner with HR and digital to enhance the employee support model using ServiceNow technology.Review and amend existing knowledge base.Develop governance around knowledge management content.Provide training sessions for People Services on ServiceNow features.Generate reports on support ticket trends to inform ongoing improvements.Performance Monitoring and VisualizationIdentify new KPIs with Leadership team.Define data source, calculation method, and target for KPIs.Partner with digital team for automation and visualization.Conduct UAT and prepare training material.Data and Reporting ManagementDevelop a central report repository for People related data.Implement automated reporting solutions.Collaborate with HR and business leaders on reporting needs.Conduct regular data audits to enhance data quality.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.Continuous Improvement and Project SupportWork closely with Digital, HR, and cross-functional teams.Provide technical solutions to operational challenges.Set up an internal network around technology topics.Act as a primary contact for HR systems supporting PPLS team.Contribute to HR landscape implementation projects.Develop training material and user guides for PPLS applications.He / She works closely with P&C, Digital, Master Data Management, GBS SHS, and People Services at regional and global levels.Pursueprogress , discoverextraordinary
