Performance Management & Business Planning SpecialistTo DRIVE Sales and Retail organization performance management processes aiding management's decision making including but not limited to strategy business-financial modeling, target setting, forecasting, business operation performance reporting and impact assessment, deviation analysis of a wide-range of strategic and commercial opportunities.
Responsibilities:
COMMERCIAL OPTIMIZATION PROGRAM
Provide insights and commercial metrics on business performance leading to strategy business modeling, annual target setting, forecasting with monthly estimate, diligently following-up action plans to meet marketing performance target/ambition.
Delivery business performance dashboard or any ad hoc analysis by management/senior encompasses revenue, cost and profitability.
Business owners of performance information and work in collaboration with various teams Marketing and Technology on performance system capabilities, analytical solutions and various performance management processes.
Commercial lead in strategic projects and ventures to advise project team in commercial request and matters.
REALISTIC SALES PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS, TARGET AND FORECAST
Drive and co-ordinate forecasting, reporting and management of top line and operational indexes development.
Monitor and report financial details of revenue, assessing effectiveness of the initiative by channel, translate it into actionable items for businesses.
Identify and update status of key drivers, potential risk/gaps and propose mitigation for business owners' consideration.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reporting to management on top line metrics, quantified targets and progress.
Requirements:
Recognized degree in Commerce/Statistic/Finance or equivalent.
5-8 years' experience in business performance management, business strategy or project management.
Analytical with good business/commercial acumen.
Sound commercial planning, business modeling and project management capabilities is required.
Business intelligence exposures and knowledge in scripting and SQL will be added advantage.
Extremely agile, proactive and self-motivated with constant can-do attitude.
A good manager with great skills and talents for managing, driving and guiding Marketing team members to achieve business ambitions and deliver quality business outcomes.
Strong in commercial and strategic acumen with good understanding of performance and insights of key business decisions.
Resourceful in managing sources of information (business intelligence, data management and integration).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion, hands-on deliverer on quality results in fast-paced environment.
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Experienced in engaging senior stakeholders and regional teams and obtain buy-in.
