Job Brief
The Performance Marketing Associate is responsible for implementing, optimizing, and analyzing digital paid media campaigns together with the Performance Marketing Manager, ensuring seamless execution.
To succeed in this role, he/she must have a hands-on approach and drive activities associated with the planning and buying for cross-channel campaigns, including paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
Responsibilities
Maintain a strong understanding of the digital media landscape, the latest products, and solutions, and ensure media strategies are aligned to KPIs to drive optimal campaign performance.
Plan and accurately set up campaigns on media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Google, TikTok, Twitter, Viber, Lazada & Shopee In-platform.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily, ensuring achievement of target KPIs.
Analyze data and create performance reports (bi-weekly, monthly, yearly), ensuring insights are highlighted.
Together with the performance marketing manager, ideate on media strategies, tactics, and targeting for media plans, ensuring information is presented in a brand-friendly, digestible format.
Collaborate with necessary teams to ensure seamless media campaign management.
Recommend new processes or workflow modifications on media strategy and planning to ensure consistent and repeatable processes are used.
Assist in managing the day-to-day marketing operations of partner brands & the company.
Requirements
At least 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, media planning & buying.
Experience in CPAS & onsite solutions is a plus.
Basic Excel skills (filters, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot) is a plus.
Independent, strategic critical thinking.
