Position Purpose:
The Performance Marketing Executive will primarily plan, manage and execute digital marketing campaigns of key strategic brand partners. The candidate will work closely with the eCommerce commercial team and brand teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns while hitting traffic/performance KPIs on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, etc. The ideal candidate should be well versed in social media marketing & CPAS. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively within a multi-cultural team.
Principal Accountabilities/ Scope:
Support, execute, monitor, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms.
Manage the platform's daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return.
Collaborate with data science and marketing teams to discover, test data-driven ways to optimize performance.
Work with brands to develop media strategies to drive campaign performance.
Deploy ads across diverse platforms including Meta Ads, Shopee, Lazada, and others.
Conduct thorough proofreading of advertising material prior to campaign launch.
Analyze media performance to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Manage media budgets and monitoring campaigns costs and ROI metrics.
Track and present media performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Minimum Requirements:
Have a Bachelor's Degree in related fields and equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
Have at least two (2) years' proven experience in Performance Marketing and is proficient in deriving insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data.
Strong analytical mindset and comfort generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses.
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with teams as appropriate.
Ability to work under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and prioritize responsibilities.
Knowledge and experience in retargeting/remarketing. Amazon search (AMS) and Google AdWords or other marketing/media platforms experience a plus.
Digital native by heart and have a strong passion in eCommerce, online marketing and creation of digital content.
