Job Description Work Setting : Fully Onsite About the job We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy, producing, and coordinating the production of compelling content across various social media platforms and blogs, and optimizing SEO and SEM efforts to drive growth, increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support sales efforts.
Responsibilities Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement across the marketing funnel.
Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
Channel Management: Oversee and manage various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Develop and execute campaigns for both organic and paid channels.
Content and Creative Strategy: Work with the content team to develop engaging and high-converting content.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
Customer Insights and Segmentation : Utilize customer data to create detailed customer personas and segment audiences for targeted marketing efforts.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
Collaboration and Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and experimentation to achieve growth targets.
Reporting and Communication: Develop and present regular reports on growth metrics, campaign performance, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams to align on growth objectives.
Requirements 2-3 years minimum requirement Degree/Diploma in marketing, business, or a related field Meta Ads certification or an equivalent certification is a plus Proven experience as a Marketing Executive/Growth Hacker or similar role Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels Experience in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or LinkedIn Ads) is a must.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make data-driven decisions Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing Excellent communication and collaboration skills Self-motivated and able to work independently.
