Performance Marketing ManagerAbout the Role:
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you have the opportunity tocreate, design, execute and optimize paid performance marketing campaignsacross client accounts.
Your strong analytical background allows you to create ROI models based on client KPI and turn these models into actionable account improvements.
You have proven experience with business intelligence tools and you have the knowledge to build custom reports for clients.
Your experience ranges across different PPC channels with a focus on Google AdWords, Facebook and programmatic advertising.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Accountable forstrategizing campaign planningandcreation ,preparing dashboard and reportson progress and deliverables to clients.
Creation&optimization of creativesand messaging through structured A/B testing.
Investigate ,initiate ,manageanddirect new and better ways of drivingperformance marketing metrics.
Responsible forbudget planningand daily re-allocation based on performance.
Relationship buildingwith our clients through weekly reporting and training sessions.
We are looking for that little bit extra, so join us if you have:
at least 3+ years proven experiencein performance marketing or growth marketing.
Solid knowledge of performance marketing channels and tools likeGoogle AdWords(SEM, UAC/mobile, GDN, YouTube),social media advertising(Facebook and LinkedIn), andmobile ads.
Experience in e-commerce performance marketing is a plus.
Excellent analytical and project management skills, affluent with performance marketing tracking tools (mobile app tracking, web tracking).
Familiarity with web/mobile design, user experience and interface.
