To help AlgoGroup portfolio of brands establish brand presence and scale revenue growth in existing and potential regions. You will play a crucial role in devising and executing paid performance strategies across multiple markets and multiple sales channels (including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc)
Scope of Work:
-Plan, execute, and optimize paid search (PPC), display advertising, and paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to achieve KPIs such as ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) and CPA (Cost per Acquisition)
-Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience segmentation to maximize campaign performance
-Develop SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility on search engines
-Optimize website content, meta tags, and product descriptions to improve search engine rankings and attract qualified traffic
-Analyze SEO performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
-Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive repeat purchases
-Collaborate closely with designer, brand owners, and e-commerce specialists to strategy and execute strategies
-Manage digital marketing activities on marketplace platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) to increase product visibility and sales
-Work with channel specialists to optimize product listings, keywords, and advertising campaigns within marketplace ecosystems
-Monitor competitor activity and marketplace trends to capitalize on opportunities for growth
-Track, analyze, report and improve on key performance metrics including revenue, ROI, traffic sources, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
-Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement
-Monitor spending against budgets and adjust strategies based on performance and market conditions

; Requirements:-
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
-Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce and/or startup environments
-Proven track record of of helping a brand i) gain awareness in new markets, and ii) achieve profitability within first few months of launch
-Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and techniques.
-Expert in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
-Proficient in in-platform (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc) marketing tools
-Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
-Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to optimize campaigns and overcome challenges
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
-Must be an animal lover
