A Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive measurable results.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy and PlanningDevelop and implement performance marketing strategies across paid channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
Identify target audiences and create segmentation strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives.Campaign Execution and ManagementLaunch and manage campaigns across multiple platforms (search, display, social media, programmatic, etc.).
Monitor daily campaign performance, ensuring KPIs such as CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates are met.
Optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting based on real-time data.Analytics and ReportingTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other third-party platforms.
Generate actionable insights and provide recommendations for campaign improvements.
Monitor attribution models, customer journeys, and multi-channel performance.Budget ManagementAllocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Conduct periodic reviews to ensure cost-efficiency and reallocate resources as needed.A/B Testing and ExperimentationDesign and implement A/B and multivariate tests to refine campaign elements (e.g., ad copy, visuals, landing pages).

CHINESE Preferable (mainly target Chinese consumers).
Proficiency in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel.
Expertise in performance KPIs such as CTR, CPA, CPC, ROAS, and LTV.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and website optimization practices.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
