Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive measurable results. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, with a focus on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media, and email marketing. Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance using relevant analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and recommendations for improvement. Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI. Monitor and adjust spending based on campaign performance and strategic priorities. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to ensure cohesive and effective performance marketing strategies. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing. Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead in a competitive landscape. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital channels. Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, youtube). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
