Key responsibilities Collaborate with a team of performance marketers to execute innovative digital marketing strategies for eCommerce brands, including content creation, social media, email marketing, paid online advertising, SEO/SEM, PPC, and link-building to drive traffic to brand websites. Develop media plans segmented by channels, campaign objectives, and marketing funnels to optimize performance. Use paid advertising strategies to drive targeted traffic and maximize conversions. Conduct research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, testing new marketing tools and channels to fuel growth. Oversee campaign creatives and guide the digital media planning and execution process. Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and develop impactful advertisements. Monitor and track media budgets and expenses, ensuring optimal budget allocation across channels. Analyze advertising data to identify trends and optimize campaign performance. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the marketing team. Role requirements 1-3 years of performance marketing experience, including media planning and campaign execution across platforms such as Google and Meta. Proficiency in Google Analytics and experience with reporting tools like Supermetrics, Data Slayer, or similar.
