Responsibilities
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Setting up, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads.
Tracking conversion metrics and optimizing for the lowest cost-per-sign-up (CPSU).
Analyzing key performance data to adjust tactics in real-time and ensure optimal campaign performance.
Working with data analytics tools to optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
Performance Metrics
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be measured by the following performance metrics:
Campaign Setup & Management:Paid advertising campaigns are set up correctly and launched according to the planned schedule.
Cost-Per-Sign-Up (CPSU):Optimization of campaigns to achieve the lowest possible CPSU for lead generation.
Conversion Rate Improvement:Percentage increase in conversion rates from paid media campaigns (e.g., form fills, sign-ups).
Real-Time Campaign Adjustments:Ability to make data-driven adjustments to campaigns based on real-time performance metrics.
Data Analysis & Reporting:Accurate tracking and reporting of conversion data using analytics tools like Google Analytics and UTM tracking.
Budget Adherence:Ensuring campaigns stay within the assigned budget for each quarter.
