Qualifications & experience SKM Level 1, 2 or 3 & zero experience welcomed| Tasks & responsibilities Customer Handling procedure based on Perodua standardPerform work designed on the repair order according to standards and proceduresEnsure that vehicles worked on are properly handled whenever vehicles are at the premises for service/repair.Ensure the safety & cleanliness of the workshop is maintained before and after the completion of service or repair.Ensure and maintain tools given in good condition and responsible for any loss of the tools.Utilize of tools given when required to execute proper and accurate work where it is specified.Ensure adherence of warranty policy and procedures.Attends all required training sessions and meetings.Perform any other duties specified by SM/superior.
