Personal Assistance

Yee Long Sdn Bhd is seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team in Penang Island. This full-time position will provide important administrative and organizational support to our senior leadership to ensure the smooth running of our office.
What you will do
Handle a variety of administrative tasks including file management, correspondence and document preparation
Provide customer service support as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Assist with project management tasks, tracking deadlines and deliverables
Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the office
What we are looking for
A Personal Assistant with or without experience, willingness to learn, self-motivated and good attitude. Accounting graduate who just graduated from university is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to effectively prioritize tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Flexible and adaptable, able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and able to maintain confidentiality
