JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintaining diaries and arrangement appointments • Setup and organize event or meeting • Arrange booking inclusive all personal matter and office matter • Liaising with relevant organization or clients when needed • Organize movement drivers and arrange schedule daily/monthly • Assist on handling personal matter or office matter • Assist on all administration work and assist others department JOB REQUIREMENTS • Good in communication skills • Can work multitask and fast learner • Can work under pressure and good in punctuality • Willing to work overtime JOB QUALIFICATION • Minimum with Diploma in Corporate Admin, Office Management, Secretarial Admin or any equivalent • Minimum with 2 years working experience as Personal Assistant • Good knowledge in secretarial work and protocol rules
