In this full-time position, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the executive team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to the executive team
Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements
Handling correspondence, drafting documents and taking detailed meeting minutes
Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports and other business materials
Maintaining filing systems and other office administration tasks
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support the executive team
Demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
Qualification and Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various office software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation
Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Proactive, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
