-Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas.
-Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
-Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
-File and organize important documents.
Travel Coordination:
-Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
-Prepare travel expense reports and handle reimbursements.
-Handle bookings
-Plan and navigate routes
Day-to-Day Dynamo:
-Juggle daily tasks and keep everything on track.
-Plan, document, and conquer daily to-do lists.
-Be the ultimate reminder guru for meetings and deadlines.
-Maintain and organize a jam-packed calendar like a pro.
Project Management:
-Assist in planning and executing personal and work projects.
-Track progress and provide updates on ongoing projects.
-Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects.
-Tag along to shoots and events, making sure every detail is covered.
-Follow up and monitor progress of projects
-Documenting / notes
-Checking on details and deliverables
Personal Tasks:
-Handle shopping and errands as needed.
-Handle personal finances, including bill payments and budgeting assistance.
-Drive the employer to and from appointments, meetings, and events
-Manage tasks and responsibilities that the employer is unable to accomplish.

-Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
-Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
-Driving skills and knowledge of local routes.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in office software (e.g., Powerpoint, MS Office, Google Suite).
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
