Personal Assistant (Automotive)

Responsibilities: Representative of Branch Manager (Male) to monitor the shipment & logistic operation - Import vehicles and distribute to various places Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments, also take minutes and follow up the works progress. Make travel arrangements. Effective communication with other branches and HQ. Other related ad-hoc as assigned. Requirements: Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Discretion and confidentiality. A minimum of 10 years of working experience in Administrative / Personal Assistant / Logistic or Automotive Industry.
