We are looking for two motivated individuals to join our dynamic team in the roles of Personal Assistant cum Administrative Assistant and HR Executive. These positions are ideal for candidates who excel in fast-paced environments, possess strong organizational skills, and are passionate about supporting executives and managing human resources.
Key Responsibilities: 1) Personal Assistant cum Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior management.Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Assist with office management duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring smooth daily operations.Coordinate and organize meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation. 2) HR Executive Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, payroll, and benefits administration.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with employee relations issues.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices. Qualifications: achelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or human resources.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (if applicable).High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
