JOB BRIEF
The Personal Assistant for the Plantation Controller is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Plantation Controller in compiling reports and maintaining records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES, AUTHORITIES AND DUTIES



-Compile and prepare reports and presentations for the Plantation Controller


-Maintain accurate records and files


-Manage the Plantation Controller's calendar and schedule meetings


-Take meeting minutes and prepare meeting materials and facilities


-Draft emails, memos, and other correspondences as needed


-Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels


-Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc functions when required

; Requirements:- QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS



-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field


-Proficient in both written and spoken English


-Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


-Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail


-Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion


-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting professionally at all levels


-Proven ability to compile and prepare detailed reports and presentations


-Ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics efficiently


-Ability to work independently and handle special assignments and ad-hoc functions with minimal supervision


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
