Possess valid driving license B2, D
Plan and organize daily schedule for Managing Director
Prepare documentations and reports as requested by Managing Director
Ensure that all instruction given by Managing Director to all departments are being carried out accordingly and to follow up with the respective departments on the progress
Follow Managing Director attending to every meeting or site visit
Able to work under pressure and a multi task
